Return & Refund Policy

At Ahsan Auto, we want you to be satisfied with every part you buy. This policy explains how advance payments, returns and refunds work for orders placed with us.

Advance Payment

We charge an advance payment of Rs 1,000 on every order to confirm it.

This advance is part of your total order value, and it includes the delivery charges.

You pay the remaining amount in cash when the order is delivered (Cash on Delivery).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet these conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be free from damage.
  • The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Products that are used or damaged, or returned after 7 days, will not be accepted for refund.

Delivery Charges on Returns

If you return a product, the delivery charges paid in your advance will not be refunded.

Any additional delivery charges for sending the product back to us must be paid by the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is unused and undamaged, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 days.

  • The product amount will be refunded.
  • The remaining advance amount, after deducting delivery charges, will also be refunded.
